| Amino Acid Analyzer |
The Amino Acid Analyzer A100 has been specifically developed due to the application of ready-to-use Ninhydrin reagent in a post-column derivatiza-tion or pre-column derivatization with OPA. The ?A100? stands out for its capability to work with ready-to-use buffer solu-tions. Thus, the system analyzes 43 physiological amino acids in less than 80 minutes! At the same time its design is as compact as its price. The amino analyzer processes sequences of up to 120 samples 1.5 ml-vials) and uses a service free UV detection at 570nm.
